		<description>Great article David.  I also haven't followed up with you on the Green Lion webinar you participated in. I found your comments on the role of Management and their responsibility toward engagement in the workplace extremely valuable.  

Just as in a marriage it's a two way street, and we so often forget about management's role in keeping the interchange going.  

Keep up the good work and I had no idea that's what the referee said when the scrum starts.
