		<description>It never ceases to amaze me (you'd think it would with how often it happens) how business big wigs jump at all of these trends that are reported in an effort to "stay competitive." They focus all their energy into it until the next big trend comes along. Why can't they see that the best way to be successful is to, as you say, be genuine, caring, and real.  Just do the right thing, people!</description>
