Coaching is designed to meet your needs. I primarily encourage you to focus on the 10 building blocks of engaged working: results, performance, progress/setbacks, relationships, recognition, moments, strengths, meaning, wellbeing, and energy. You will set the agenda for the sessions while I offer powerful listening, global insights on work, and a mixture of caring and challenge as we work together to achieve results that matter.
What does David bring to the coaching relationship?
David is the leading independent global expert on employee engagement. He founded and hosts a worldwide 6100 member employee engagement network yet David is down to earth, tenacious in fostering good work, and knows the workplace from the inside out. He has a Master of Educational Psychology specializing in counseling psychology and he taught counseling psychology for 25 years at the University of Manitoba. David was also the employee assistance counselor and career development coach for Seagram Ltd. for over 15 years.
When coaching an engagement champion, team or committee David brings his leading global independent expertise into the conversation. He offers a strong independent voice fused with an incredible breadth of knowledge. Nobody else in the world is so tightly focused on employee engagement and work as David Zinger.
What is my next step?
Coaching is available on an hourly basis through Skype or phone. The online fee structure for an individual is $250 per session or $1000 for five sessions. The fee for coaching/consulting with an engagement team or committee is $2000 for a half day or $4000 for a full day plus expenses.
