		<description>I can&#039;t remember where I saw the second half of this video, but it was just last week.  I loved it!  Seeing the first half was even better.  What makes this so great is seeing the smiles and the high fives and the tears.  Love the end when they all touch the logo.  This kind of engagement is so inspiring!  And it isn&#039;t spontaneous.  The management really had to think this through to make it happen... how awesome!</description>
