Employee Engagement and Personal Branding

Personal branding is an innovative and robust contributor to employee engagement. I will be more engaged when I know and operate from my strengths. I will be more engaged when I know that I add and create value. I will be more engaged when I am visible.

I wrote about my a personal brand equation I created in a previous post.

The equation stated:

Personal Branding = (Strengths + Value + Visibility) x Engagement.

As a supplement to my previous work, I encourage you to watch the following video and view the slides of David Armano’s contribution to personal branding.

Beautiful precision and I like your formula.

In today’s saturated world, brand really is the differentiator.

Everybody is human. Flaws come with the turf. I think flaws have a place in the brand.

  3. David Zinger says:

    Udi,

  4. Interesting post, the concept of personal branding seems to be primarily focused on entrepreneures with a need to self promote. But it applies to most people who want to be successful either in personal life or business life. I’d like to expand on the concept in my own posts on how to utilize personal branding to be successful as part of a team. Thanks for the insight.
