How have you prepared personally, professionally, or organizationally, for an aging workforce that is also exiting the workforce through retirement? I feel saddened by how many people can’t wait to retire and are so disillusioned about work. I believe we have failed these people because I refuse to believe that disengagement and disillusionment in the workplace simple comes with age. I believe we should be experiencing more engagement as we age.
