Employee Engagement is Connection

Employee engagement is connection.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe. the sun shines not on us, but in us; the rivers flow not past, but through us. ~ John Muir

Employee engagement is:

Connection to our authentic self.

Connection to our work.

Connection to others.

Connection to family.

Connection to play.

Connection to leaders.

Connection to customers.

Connection to the organization.

Connection to peers.

Connection to meaning.

Connection to emotion.

Connection to thoughts.

Connection to energy.

Connection to now.

Connection to living.

Connection to love.

To disengage is to disconnect.

My hope for you is that employee engagement is a powerful way for you to be fully connected!
