		<description>I always thought the 400-page PMI book was overkill for the vast, vast majority of projects that we all do in our work. One simply cannot carry all that around in one's head to make it engage-able to the people on the project.

This engagement is much better. It is about the project, about the people who will actually do the work in the project and it is small enough to be well understood by the team.
