It's called "Once" (11) and appears to be their version of PBS minus any US public TV programming. I watched a home improvement show that really underscores the above point: They used a corded drill, and sanded the wood by hand with the least amount of sandpaper. Despite the language barrier I got the message that it's not what you use, it's how.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Compare that with US/Canadian shows where they're all about the cordless tools, power sanders, and the best and newest of everything. (Culminating in a series of shows on HGTV called "I Want That".)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Side note to anyone who has seen Univision or Telemundo: Those networks aren't remotely like what real Mexican TV looks like. It's quite an adjustment to go from one to the other.</description>
