It&#039;s all that old zen stuff about eat when you are eating, tie your shoes when you are tying your shoes. The beauty of the moment is lost without the pause that sees it clearly. What creative flash happens without a moment&#039;s pause? What moment of self-recognition or... forgiveness?</description>
