Maybe, instead of the Sunday question being around the joys of going to work on Monday, we might have more of a reflective question, like “What did I see happen last week that I might want to address starting on Monday?” or something along those lines.

The idea is that we need to step back from the wagon every once in a while to see if there might be something that we could choose to do differently, something that would engage our attention and be the target of our focus.

Perspective is the breakfast of champions, along with performance feedback.

Some of us go at this “work thing” pretty much 7 days a week. Guessing that David does this and I know that I do. Reflection is a good thing.

    Think about it. (grin)
