Employee Engagement and Engaged Coaching in 100 Words

Great coaches ask, and own their strength and strengthening feedback, rather than fault-finding and telling. Help others coach themselves by beginning with three engaging self-feedback questions after a specific performance or during a one year performance review:

  1. What stood out for you?
  2. What did you like about what you did?
  3. What would you do differently if you were to do it again?

Ask the 3 questions above and then own your feedback by letting the other person know what you liked about what they did and what you would do differently, not what they should do differently.
