Thank you for the kind words and we really have to arrange to record a conversation for the podcast. I am always amazed at how people see engagement as a project that needs money….rather than a way of living. How much does a smile cost, a think you, an explanation, clear direction, creating the dream….and yet we ignore and carry on spending vast sums of money on teambuilding days 🙂
