Let’s Stay Ethical
The Ethics Resource Center along with the HayGroup released a study today that showed a strong connection between ethics and employee engagement.
Here are just two snippets from the report:
Positive perceptions of an organization’s ethical culture are associated with higher levels of engagement. Furthermore, management’s commitment to ethics is particularly important for employee engagement.
All levels of management should be careful not to create a work environments where employees perceive that hitting deadlines and meeting revenue goals are the priority regardless of how those goals are achieved.

This is a very interesting study, thank you so much for sharing. Just in time too because it came in handy for an initiative I’m currently working on.
You’ve fostered and grown an amazing community here over the past two years!
Congrats,
Charee

I am glad it was helpful and timely. We have been working at promoting the new book Zengage and it was nice to get back to the short blog features that focus on employee engagement.
