    Ideas stick best when they are your ideas, and not those of your boss. Ownership of the idea is the most critical factor to its acceptance by individuals. “MY ideas are better than yours” is the operating paradigm.     Lots of thinking patterns get in the way of “simply accepting other people’s ideas.”
