    David,

    Hey, thanks for including the “group” article in this lineup (I now have 7 other sources to check out).

    I’ve been surprised at the response to this brief reminder about comings and goings in groups. It’s been encouraging.

    Hi Steve:
    I think we can all benefit by more attention on transitions and especially transitions in groups. It is powerful to remember that transitions begin with an end and we need to acknowledge those endings.
