As I have argued in my blog, social media implementation requires an optimal level of training and employee engagement in order to achieve desired results.
May I ask, has your model been influenced at all by Ken Wilber’s AQAL four quadrants?
Looking forward to read more about the Employee Engagement Model – the first step for companies to enable their teams for a successful social media strategy.
Thanks for the feedback. I am not familiar with Wilber’s AQAL 4 quadrants but I will take a look at it to see any overlap or how it might enrich my thinking on employee engagement,
Looks good, David.
I am looking forward to reading more about it.
